Manuscripts may be sent only subsequent to prior inquiry as a print-ready file to the editorial team (or individual members of it), who will then, possibly after obtaining expert opinions, decide at regular meetings whether to accept them. The authors are responsible for the contents of their contributions, as well as for obtaining image copyrights.
 
Reviews can only be undertaken when complimentary review copies are provided; these reviews must be sent without exception to the editorial team, not to the publisher. No guarantee can be given for the consideration of unsolicited books, separata, etc. which are sent in. In these cases, the editorial team is under no obligation to return the material. No ripostes will be published.

Papers and reviews are accepted in German and in English.
